DGF Pump Repair

May 12, 2020

Repairing DGF Pumps is a challenge considering the unique design of the internals as well as the critical tolerances.  PWS is the leading repair and supply facility for these specialized bubble pumps.  The photo shows a small fraction of the solids that accumulated in the pump which caused it to stop making bubbles.  Today, it is repaired (and after a new paint coating) and ready to be back in service. Thanks to our customer for believing in PWS.

Wemco Retrofit

July 02, 2018

With the aging fleet of Wemco mechanical agitators that exist AND the budget needed to keep them running, PWS is converting the mechanical agitators to an eductor system. The cost of this conversion is less than the operational expense needed to maintain the agitators for a year. Additionally, this eliminates the need to vulcanize door gaskets and becomes a system that the operators can manage without contract help. Call PWS for more information.
